While performing cPanel crash drive recovery or Full Disaster Recovery of WHM panel on AlmaLinux 8 in rescue mode using the following URL:
In some circumstances, experienced system administrators may need to completely restore a server from a crashed or failed hard drive.
Normally, we use the following command to start MySQL on CentOS 6 and 7:
Code:test -f /etc/sysconfig/mysql && source /etc/sysconfig/mysql; /usr/sbin/mysqld --daemonize --pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid ${MYSQLD_OPTS}
Code:/usr/sbin/mysqld --daemonize --pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid --socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock --datadir=/var/lib/mysql ${MYSQLD_OPTS}

To resolve this, please use the following command to start MySQL and run as the root user:
