Steps to Generate HAR file for troubleshooting:
When we found complex issues on our site it is sometimes necessary to obtain the additional information about the network request that are generated in the browser.
1. Open the google chrome go to the site page where the issue is occuring.
2. Click on Network Tab click on clear button and then click on Preserve log button.
3. Press the f5 button to record the reload.
Once the f5 button is pressed we can find all the media files i.e. Waterfall section that which section is taking how much time to load.
Then right click on that file and click on save as HAR with content.
This how we can generate the HAR file in chrome.
