Steps:
1. Open the Dreamweaver choose the File-> New-> HTML option and then click on Create save the file.
2. Click on Insert Div Tag->Insert Option: After start Of Tag->Class: FirstDivTag->Click on New CSS Rule
3. After clicking New CSS Rule-> Click on OK-> Windows appears of New CSS Rule->Rule Defination:Choose New StyleSheet File)->Save the css file
4. Choose the CSS Rule : Type, Background, Border.
Many more options available in Dreamweaver from where we can automatically the Menus ,Tabbed Panels,Accordions ,Table coding by just clicking on it.
Background Color, Font all options all options can be set in Dreamweaver.
In Dreamweaver the coding becomes very easy and it becomes easy to develop the web page through the insert tabs, css tabs etc. Live Preview can be seen in Dreamweaver through different browsers.
