There are many reasons for the causes of the "508 Resource Limit Is Reached" error, some of the most common are the cPanel account are hitting the CloudLinux resources assigned to it like CPU usage, RAM usage and the number of entry processes running under the cPanel account or there may be the DDos attack or website traffic spikes issue.

You will need to check the server logs to find the exact plugins, themes or a script which is responsible for the resource limit reached. According to the logs, you will need turn off the appropriate plugins, theme or need to remove the bad scripts etc.

After that, you can increase the entry process limit for the specific account using the CloudLinux LVE manager Tab under the "Server configuration" section under the WHM interface and select the user from "users" tab and then click on edit at the end of it and increase the limits and click on "Save". Refer follow screenshots for the same.
