550 The mail server could not deliver mail

I am getting the following error while sending email to one of our member. Its a cpanel server with exim mail server.


550 The mail server could not deliver mail to ameya@*_____net. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.

Any idea ? What could be the problem ?

Login to cPanel > Email Routing, it should be set to local.
