To update your contact information and preferences in cPanel, follow these steps:
1. Login to your cPanel account.
2. Under the Preferences section click on Contact Information. Here you will be able to update the information.
3. If you want to update the existing contact email address then type the new email address in the text box which says “Enter an email address to receive account notifications and password reset confirmations.“.
You can also specify a secondary e-mail address. For this, you can type the address in the second text box which says “Enter a second email address to receive account notifications and password reset confirmations.“.
The system uses these email addresses to notify you about the new information that occurs within your cPanel.
4. Under Contact Preferences, you can choose the options for notification that you want to receive.
5. At last click on the save icon.
