    Hi,

When you upgrade to a newer version of cPanel & WHM or install cPanel & WHM on a new server, cPanel & WHM checks your system for compatibility with the version of cPanel & WHM that you wish to install. These were put in place becuase of advancement made in the upgrades..

Whenever cpanel upgrade starts it does a compatibility check to check whether updates can be applied properly.. Looking at the screenshot, it appears that a transfer session from a migration is stuck.. You can login into the WHM Home » Transfers » Review Transfers and Restores, copy the session ID and paste it in the below command at the end and execute it completely.

    # whmapi1 abort_transfer_session transfer_session_id=<session ID here>

Once done, execute below command too:
    # mv -v /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config.bak

You will be able to upgrade the cPanel..
