Migrating from Amazon ECS to EKS

I'm currently working on a project where we are considering migrating our containerized applications from Amazon ECS to Amazon EKS. While ECS has served us well, we are looking to leverage the additional flexibility and features provided by Kubernetes through EKS.

Are there any common pitfalls or challenges that teams typically face when transitioning from ECS to EKS? Please suggest
