Step-1: Verify is migration tool is installed:
1. Login to the plesk
2. Click on Tools & Settings
3. Then, click on "Updates and Upgrades"
4. Now, click on "Add/Remove Components"
5. Here, check if "Plesk Migrator" is installed or not.

Step-2: Migration process:
1. Tools & Settings
2. Migration & Transfer Manager

3. Start a New Migration

4. Fill in the required details:

As I have checked, there is no current version upgrade option available.... so I think your suggestion will be the best option for me to migrate rather then to upgrade the version...after your suggestion, I just gone through the plesk migrator tool through the search engine but sorry to say I lack in plesk knowledge...So your help will be much appreciated from me for the further suggestions regarding plesk migrator tool ?!

Hi,

For Plesk 10 or earlier, migrating is best solution rather than expermenting.. If you still want to upgrade it, check your plesk panel upates and upgrades menu in the tools and settings area and see if any latest updates/upgrades is marked as available for you. If there is no updates available, then you should not try to upgrade the installation instead perform a migration to Onyx on a new server..

Currently, I am using the Plesk 10 which I have not upgraded yet... But I want to upgrade it to Plesk Onyx 17.5... Can you please help me with the steps?
