How to reduce the image size? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

There are lots of tools out in market to reduce the size of an image, even we can edit image at expert level with that tools, so let me introduce you to that tools
1. Adobe Photoshop (Very popular image editing tool/software)
2. Paint Brush (It's not third-party tool, It's already available in windows accessories)
3. ACDsee ( Best for image editing, resize, rotate and crop)

so there is some example of tools but if you search on internet then there are also some web-based tools that will help to resize any image
