Hi Neha,
there is lots of security plugin out in market, but as per my experience one of best plugin is wordfence wordpress security, now wp-cerber security is also one of good plugin and everything depend on plugin, you can disable your wp-login.php page through security plugin

Neha, There is one more security plugin from sucuri called as sucuri security. Its basically a kind of scanner which scans for malwares, viruses, blacklisting monitoring. For more information check https://wordpress.org/plugins/sucuri-scanner/
